Subdivision News
- The annual subdivision meeting was held on Wednesday, April 8. 2026, at 7pm at the Ballwin police department. To see the meeting minutes summary, go to the documents page.
- In order to see subdivision documents, you must be logged in to the owner portal for EasyHOA. Every homeowner needs to get signed up for the EasyHOA owner portal. If you have not signed up for this, click on the blue "Owner Portal" button at the top right of the page. Then follow the instructions. You already have an owner profile that was created for you on the EasyHOA site that will contain your information and be linked to your home (unit). This is also where you will pay your 2027 assessment next year.
- The annual assessments were due by April 1. If you haven't paid this and no longer have the form that was mailed to you, print out this form, fill it out, and mail it back with your check. If we don't have your payment by the end of April, a $50 late fee will be applied.

- Address liability issues around the creek and common grounds by putting up sections of split rail fencing and signs, and filling holes.
- Continue the project with the berm at the front of the subdivision, by removing any objects and growth that impair drivers' sight lines and then planting new smaller plants to make this area look nice.
- Continue work on the Spring Leigh cul-de-sac and others as needed
- Creek bed work to minimize erosion and flooding
